Halloween Glow Barre Events at The Barre Code

Join us for:
• 50 Minutes of the normal Barre you know and love, but BYO Skeleton Costume.
• Studio 1 will be open after class for anyone to do whatever they want in their glow in the dark costumes together. If you have a tiktok dance prepared, you want to take some selfies or funny vids, it will be accessible to you for at least 30 mins after class.
• Treats and coffee from Move Along!
• Events will take place on 10.31.24 at 7am and 5:30pm.
We will capture footage of class and share with you all as well.

For those of you new to our Barre classes, here's a description of what you can expect:
The heart of The Barre Code and our most popular class. Pulse and shake in our signature class that combines small, isometric movements and holds with compound movements. In this 50-minute, low impact class, you’ll work your entire body, focusing on your seat (our term for your glutes), thighs, core, and upper body. Our constantly changing routines, playlists and large variety of props ensure you’ll be challenged in every class.
